凍頂貴妃茶係經南投鹿谷凍頂茶區特有的山嵐雲霧滋潤，將採收有小綠葉蟬著涎之茶菁，並結合凍頂烏龍茶傳統工序製成。「點茶」所選凍頂貴妃茶，其茶湯呈琥珀色，茶淨度高而不含夾雜物，具有果香與蜜香的特殊風味。茶葉色澤鮮明，葉底枝葉連理有光澤，滋味甘醇，喉韻回甘十足，帶有明顯培火韻味。
Dongding Gueifei tea is moisturized by unique mist in Dongding tea garden of Nantou Lugu. The tea leaves was harvested with saliva of Jacobiasca formosana(Smaller green leaf-hopper) and produced by tranditional procedure of dongdiing oolong tea. The exclusive Dong-Ding Gueifei Tea by Dot Tea is moisturized by the unique mist in Nantou’s Dong-Ding Tea Garden. The tea’s amber color is pure, clear and free of impurities; carry the rich aroma of honey and fruit. The tea leaves are uniform and semi-spherical in shape, with a glossy appearance and reddish-gold edges. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, leaving a clean lasting finish and a distinguished roasting smell.
“凍頂貴妃茶”は、台湾南投県鹿谷郷凍頂山区で栽培され、凍頂烏龍茶に採用した伝統工芸技術で仕上げた高級品です。厳選した“凍頂貴妃茶”は、茶湯の色が澄み通た琥珀のような色つき、特有の果物の香りや蜜のような甘みが持ち、独特の素晴らしい香気が生まれてます。茎茶葉がをつれて明るいで、味が甘くておいしい、喉に潤い味を与えります。なお、高級品ほど飲用後に甘い味が残り、明らかに深煎りの味を味わえます。
